Despite a tough 8-0 loss to Pinckney High School, Stockbridge showed tremendous growth in their gameplay, particularly in passing. Stockbridge set a season record with 125 pass attempts, connecting on 51 of them. This marked a significant improvement from their previous high of 10 connected passes in a single game. The team demonstrated improved ball movement, maintaining a nearly even possession rate of 48.7% compared to Pinckney’s 51.3%. Stockbridge's transitions into attack (74) were also competitive with Pinckney (77). While they were outshot 36-4, the increased focus on controlled play and passing will provide a strong foundation for future games. 

Stockbridge continues to make strides in developing their style, and this game was a clear indication of their potential as they work to translate this improvement into future success.
