The Panthers started a busy three-game week with a home opening win against visiting Springport 45-10.
The Panthers continued their strong defensive play and unselfish basketball in hosting Big 8 foe Springport. The team held the Spartans to 7 points in the 1st half and 10 overall. The fast play was initiated by the disciplined defense of the Panthers which created some fast-break scoring opportunities. Evan Lockhart led the team with 17 points. Jonathan Crow chipped in 12 and Remington Christie 10.
