BEDFORD SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 39
The Girls Varsity Basketball lost their winter break game against Temperence Bedford (hosted at Airport HS) this evening by a 20 point spread. Things looked pretty good at halftime with a score of 10-16 but the Panthers struggled to connect with the hoop in the second half. The top scorer for the Panthers was Alaina Kellenberger with 10 followed by Gracee Robidou with 5 points. Senior starter Gwen Rogozinski was put out in the first quarter with an injury. Stats are still being processed by HUDL assist and will be posted on MaxPreps within a couple days. However as we wait for those, it is worth mentioning, even without a stat attached to it, that Rylee Tolson, our senior basketball player and also State Champion Cross Country Runner, brought some amazing hustle both in offense and defense onto the court this evening.
